Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Press / Print Operating Technician.

Your Responsibilities
  • Carry out detailed instructions from job orders accurately, identifying and correcting errors or problems promptly.
  • Set up and adjust presses for job runs to meet specifications.
  • Monitor product quality during job runs, checking details against specifications and addressing issues.
  • Oversee equipment during production, alert to mechanical issues, and refer to maintenance as needed.
  • Initiate and manage start-up and operation of jobs according to production schedules.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
  • Meet standards for output, waste, and spoilage.
  • Follow safety guidelines, keep workspace clean and organized for efficient shift changeovers.
  • Accurately complete logs and paperwork related to production.
Your Shift

Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

You Must Have
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Basic math skills, including reading rulers and calculating label dimensions.
  • Ability to operate equipment proficiently to meet production and quality standards.
  • Understanding of verbal and written work instructions.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Position Requirements
  • Effective communication of accurate information.
  • Ability to remain stationary and operate machinery regularly.
  • Ability to move within the facility and lift up to 25+ pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Color discrimination ability.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The hourly rate is estimated between $24.00 - $30.00, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
