Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Press Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for machine setup and minor repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for press machines, including tooling and material adjustments.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products and resolve defects.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues with press equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
