Your Impact

• Precision Craftsmanship: Master the art of operating our presses, transforming raw materials into essential components.
• Quality Champion: Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure every part meets our rigorous standards, contributing to the overall excellence of our products.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team, contributing your skills and expertise to achieve shared goals.
• Process Mastery: Handle tooling, load and unload presses, and manage part extraction with efficiency and precision.

What You'll Bring

• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus!

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $17.00 per hour ($15.50 base + $1.50 shift premium) on our 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am) After 90 days, $17.50.
