Job summary

Rite Envelope & Graphics is seeking a Printing Press Operator to produce envelopes and letterhead by operating and maintaining printing presses. The role reports to the Production Manager and requires attention to detail and adherence to job specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing machinery, reviewing job requirements, inspecting proofs, maintaining supplies, and performing basic repairs. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO and health-related

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate or learn to operate various printing presses and related software.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing press to produce envelopes and letterhead.
• Review job requirements to understand scope and parameters.
• Prepare, align, configure machinery, ink, rollers, and paper.
• Inspect proof sheets for print quality.
• Adjust press to meet quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of printing supplies.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance on presses.
• Inform supervisor of equipment or material problems.
• Draft daily production reports.
• Keep area around presses clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
