Altium Packaging is seeking a Press Operator, Imprinting to run our flexographic printing lines for prescription packaging. You will perform machine checks, complete shift paperwork, and ensure high-quality prints while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic math and computer skills. Reasonable overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Press Operator, Imprinting is responsible for running flexographic machines that produce quality printed materials for prescription packaging. Operators are responsible for completing periodic paperwork and machine/product checks.

Safely handle and operate any assigned imprinting machines and tooling Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times; bump caps, hair/beard net, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes Operate machine controls, programs and associated equipment to ensure parts and prints produced are done at maximum efficiency and to the highest quality standards. Make machinery/equipment adjustments as needed (dislodging jams, controlling speed, product size, etc.) Inspect finished products for quality assurance Assist co-operators as needed with various tasks Operate tape guns to seal boxes ready for shipment Secure labels on to boxes Maintain clean/safe work area Sort rejected product to determine quality errors

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
