Job summary

American Packaging Corporation is hiring a Press Operator 1 for our Columbus, WI plant. The role requires safely operating production machinery, following safety and quality procedures, and assisting with setup and reporting.

You will support on-the-job training and ensure documentation of production and quality data daily. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and any manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food Safety Training provided to all personnel at time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety, quality and downtime standards.
• Complete daily production sheets and quality logs.
• Assist with setup, changeovers and machine adjustments.
• Support training of team members and assist on the line.
