Job summary

Universal Alloy Corporation is seeking a Press Operator for the 3rd shift to manufacture high‑strength structural components used in aerospace applications. This hands‑on role supports a mission that helps the world take flight and offers clear pathways for growth within a cutting‑edge industry.

You will operate extrusion presses, ensure product quality, and uphold safety standards while contributing to a team that values craftsmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to operate various machines.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

  • Competitive Pay: 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM, $20.00/hour starting and $2.00 shift differential. $25.86/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)

Safety Commitment
