You will operate curing presses and other machinery, document production data, and uphold safety protocols. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is critical, as defects in cured products can be challenging to repair.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to teamwork and a desire to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• Operate curing presses and other machinery with precision; report issues via established channels.
• Complete daily production reports on productivity, quality holds, material usage and movement.
• Follow safety protocols, policies, and procedures; seek clarification when needed.
• Contribute to safety, quality, productivity; pursue training and improvement.
