The role emphasizes accuracy in production reporting and adherence to established procedures. Ideal candidates will have basic math/reading skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; defects in cured products can be challenging to repair.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to teamwork and contributing to company growth and success.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship for visas.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate curing presses and related machinery with high precision and efficiency.
• Complete daily production reports including productivity, quality holds, material usage and movement.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report issues to the Department Head/Supervisor.
• Participate in safety, quality, productivity and cost-saving initiatives and training.
