Job summary

Winland Foods, Tolleson, AZ, is seeking a Press Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain processing equipment on a 2-2-3 schedule at 495 S 99th Ave. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform equipment changeovers, supervise basic line activities, and ensure product labeling accuracy and FIFO inventory. Proficiency in SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level).
• 18+ years of age.
• Proficient in SAP, hand scanners, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product flow and ensure batches meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform equipment changeovers and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Lead line performance improvements and ensure safe operation.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, FSMA and company safety policies.
