A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Press Operator to join their team in Bryan, Ohio. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain molding presses, ensuring safety and quality in production. This full-time role includes working second shifts and requires a high school diploma, alongside strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

PURPOSE: An effective press operator holds safety as a value. Demonstrates safe work practices in all they do and has no hesitation notifying anyone of an unsafe situation. The press operator is responsible for operating and cleaning molding presses to produce quality parts. This role involves using a variety of hand tools and requires the operation of robotic unloaders, hand carts and pallet jacks. The operator will maintain accurate press logs and adheres to our quality plans.

3.0 EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in molding press operation or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with press settings and use of hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

The associate will occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Due to the open environment of the building, must be able to work in various temperatures. Involves moderate or occasional presence of unfavorable conditions, i.e., cold, dust, heat, noise, odor, chemicals, etc. Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, heat protective sleeves, and safety shoes may be required in the area that you are working based on our safety PPE standards.
