Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a press operator to operate and maintain press components and controls in a fast-paced production environment. You will quickly grasp the pressroom layout and production demands while upholding quality.

You will read layouts, set ink densities, monitor real-time quality, inspect newsprint rolls, install plates, and keep the press and pressroom clean, complying with safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Basic PC skills and familiarity with production settings.
• Experience in a production or mechanical environment desirable.
• Experience in the printing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret layouts
• Set black and color inks to density standards
• Monitor quality of products in real time
• Inspect newsprint rolls for damage and load as needed
