Job summary

SIMONA Boltaron in Newcomerstown, OH is seeking a dedicated Press Operator for the day shift (7am-3pm). You will set up equipment, run the press, and monitor laminate quality to meet specifications.

Responsibilities include programming and loading the press, inspecting laminates and finished products, processing work orders and related documents, and performing basic press maintenance. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and good teamwork.
• Communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Factory/press and tow motor experience a plus.
• Technical capacity and organizational skills.
• Problem solving and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Buildup of material in accordance with work orders.
• Program, load, and operate the press using standard instruments and gauges.
• Inspect laminates and finished products for spec conformance.
• Process documents including work orders, process tags, and nonconforming material.
