Job Description

1. Review work orders and work instructions to understand the tasks that must be completed.
2. Report to supervision any problems such as defects, mechanical breakdowns, or resource needs.
3. Verify that scales used at scheduled presses are set properly.
4. Communicate critical information to other operators, supervision, processors, and QC.
5. Perform all actions in adherence to the employee handbook and safety rules.
6. Maintain a clean and functional work area.
7. Package parts according to work instructions.
8. Assemble products as per work instructions.
9. Inspect production parts for defects.
10. Rework parts as necessary.
11. Complete all required paperwork.
12. Perform occasional additional tasks as requested by supervision.

Compensation

Starting rate of $16.50 an hour. $1.00 differential for 2nd shift and $1.50 differential for 3rd shift.
