CCL Healthcare in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking skilled Press Operators to join our production team. You will operate and maintain various presses to produce high-quality products efficiently, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Hours are 4:00pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as needed. The role offers a 10% night-shift differential, a four-day work week, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles preferred.
• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications.
