Core Responsibilities



  • Perform all operations necessary to operate machines to perform drill, punch, deburring and cutting operations on diversified, close tolerance work.

  • Monitor parts dimensions using jigs, fixtures, gages, calipers, micrometers and height gages to assure conformity of parts.

  • Complete paperwork required to document the quality of parts completed.

  • Checks paperwork to determine required assembly and any special options.

  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies, per customer order.

  • Uses precision measuring tools to check parts for correct fit and dimensions


Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Aerospace assembly.

  • Able to use basic math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and may work with fractions, decimals or percentages.

  • Able to follow simple instructions or directions.

  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing as to work requirements, work in progress or work completion.


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
