Job summary

ResourceMFG is actively hiring Machine Operators in Twinsburg, OH. The role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options with a pay rate of $20/hr and overtime after 40 hours. Expect 6–7 days of work per week with weekly pay and benefits.

Experience with silicone is preferred but not required. The position focuses on operating assigned machines, making operational adjustments per procedures, and maintaining product quality through sampling and logging daily production.
