MiTek Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to run stamping presses and associated packaging lines. You will help produce metal connector plates and steel components while ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and you will complete production documentation on each shift.
The role requires basic math, the ability to read prints, and comfort using small hand tools. Physical work includes standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and overtime as needed.

THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARILY IN LARGO BUT WILL BE LOCATED IN ZEPHYRHILLS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN BOTH LOCATIONS UNTIL WE MOVE TO ZEPHYRHILLS.

This is a physical position that requires the individual to be able to: stand, walk and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull and crouch. This position requires the individual to be able to communicate through speaking and hearing.
