Hourly Rate Range: $22 - $40 (Commensurate with Experience).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Review and understand job jackets, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Perform press setup/changeover and operate/troubleshoot presses following all safety procedures.
• Follow all safety and food safety policies, proactively reporting unsafe conditions.
• Report and correct nonconformities, track production output and scrap, and report runtime vs. downtime.
• Train and assist Press Assistant, coordinate activities to maximize efficiency, and prepare for subsequent jobs.
• Inspect film quality for defects.
• Maintain good housekeeping of tools and equipment at shift start and end.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• At least 3 years of flexographic printing experience with a Wide Web Flexo Press.
• Experience with web-based software and ERP systems.
• Basic computer and math skills; must pass assessment tests.
• Ability to operate basic tools and measuring devices.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 12-hour shift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
