Job summary

JV Manufacturing Co., Inc. in Natrona Heights, PA, is seeking an entry-level production worker to join a third-generation, family-owned team with a strong community culture.

You will perform foundational manufacturing tasks, learn on the job, and grow toward an apprenticeship while contributing to safe, high-quality output. You will load materials, operate presses under supervision, and work with seasoned craftsmen to develop hands-on skills in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in a production environment (clean, temperature controlled all year).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or mechanical work is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision.
• Load materials and monitor production runs.
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade.
• Grow your skills over time with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship role.
