About the Role

As a Press Operator, you’ll work with hydraulic presses to make precision metal parts used by manufacturers across the country. You’ll learn how to set up and operate equipment, read work orders and blueprints, inspect parts, and keep production running smoothly.

Shifts and Starting Pay

Choose the shift that works best for you!

• Shift 15| Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. | $19.80 per hour starting pay
• Shift 16 | Monday–Thursday | 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. | $21.05 per hour starting pay — includes an extra $1.25 per hour shift differential

Candidates with relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting rate.

The Job: Hands-On and Active

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the workday.

• Stand for most of the shift.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift parts between waist and shoulder height.
• Use your hands to operate tools and set up presses.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including hearing and eye protection and met-guard safety shoes.

What are the hours for each shift?

Shift 01: 6 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 11: 6 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 13: 4 am – 2 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 14: 2 pm – 12 am Monday through Thursday
Shift 15: 5 am – 3 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 16: 3 pm – 1 am Monday through Thursday
Shift 21: 6 am – 6 pm Friday through Sunday

Shift premiums are assigned based on the work schedule.

Will I have to work overtime?

Due to the nature of our work and the need to coordinate schedules with vendors, customers, and business partners, required overtime and schedule changes may occur as needed.

What candidate screenings are required?
