Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Press Brake Operator with Amada CNC press brake experience in Grand Prairie, TX.

You will set up and operate Amada equipment, select and align tooling, and ensure parts meet production specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Amada press brake setup/operating experience, be able to read blueprints, perform quality checks, and work with varying metals.

Qualifications

Press Brake Operator Amada Location: Grand Prairie, TXPay: $15.00 $20.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time Shifts Available 3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday | 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with hands-on Amada Press Brake experience. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment while ensuring parts meet production specifications and required quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada CNC Press Brake equipment.
• Select and properly set up press brake tooling.
• Perform machine setups and adjustments for scheduled jobs.
• Work with various types and thicknesses of metal.
• Read and follow job travelers, drawings, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure measurements and quality meet customer requirements.
• Perform quality checks and report defects or production issues.
• Follow the daily production schedule and communicate delays to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately.
• Follow proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Move completed parts and associated paperwork to the appropriate production or shipping area.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Press Brake experience required.
• Amada Press Brake experience strongly preferred.
• Experience performing machine setups.
• Knowledge of press brake tooling, bending, and forming.
• Ability to perform quality checks and verify part measurements.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings and measurements.
• Experience working with different types of metals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing machinery and metal materials.
