Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions in Canton, NC seeks a Press Operator to join the Molding Department. This full-time role offers 1st or 2nd shift options with overtime as needed and weekly pay plus benefits.

You will inspect, assemble, label, and package parts, operate production equipment, record data, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates with manufacturing or production experience and a willingness to work varied hours are encouraged to apply; EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
• Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts according to work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and labeling scan guns.
• Record production, quality, and scrap information accurately.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or leads.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and workplace procedures.

Canton, NC | Full-Time | Weekly Pay + Benefits

Shifts:
1st shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm
Pay $20.50 per hour

2nd shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am
Pay $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.
