Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring a Molding Line Press Technician in Canton, NC. You will operate molding presses, inspect and assemble parts, label and package to exact standards, and record data in the system. The role requires attention to detail and reliable attendance in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

The position offers two shifts (1st and 2nd) with a competitive hourly rate including a $2.00 shift differential and benefits. Overtime may be required to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Attention to detail and quality‑first mindset.
• Comfort using a computer and handheld scan gun.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding line presses and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Assemble, label, and package parts with accuracy.
• Record production, quality, and scrap data in the system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all procedures.
