Job summary

Refinitiv in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd and 3rd shifts to lead a production team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred.
