Who We Want:

We are looking to add a skilled Press Mechanic team member.

What You'll Do:

• Follow specified maintenance and repair procedures to install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools.
• Utilize Plex to document appropriate downtime codes.
• Ability to electrically troubleshoot issues using a meter (level I certification).
• Knowledge of Press operation and functionality.
• Basic knowledge of Lubrication systems (operation & functionality).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints for troubleshooting.
• Basic troubleshooting skillsets when working on mechanical issues.

• Proactively participate in continuous improvement efforts and drive process, tooling, and equipment enhancements that will improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Complete and manage work orders via the Plex systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide input on updates to preventative maintenance schedules (with guidance from Press Maintenance Mechanic II or III).

When and Where:

This will be a 1 shift / AM-PM position located at our Plant in Holland, MI.

What You Need to Have:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions.
• Minimum five years of Machine Repair experience.
