Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a Press Machine Operator to operate high-speed packaging machinery and maintain smooth production on a paper cup line. You will load raw materials, monitor operations, perform basic adjustments, and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the shift.

The role is based in Lorton, VA with Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts. DOE pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour and requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, assembly line, or general manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift raw materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, a punctual work ethic, and a willingness to learn industrial processes.
• Preferred familiarity with mechanical concepts, technical tasks, or OSHA safety standards.
• Experience working within paper, packaging, or food-grade manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
