Staffmark is hiring a Press Machine Operator in Rogers, AR! Join a company known for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in manufacturing.
We're looking for motivated individuals with machine operation experience ready to take their skills to the next level.



Available Shifts/Pay:



  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime often starts at 5:00 AM), $19/hr

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (overtime may extend to 1:30 AM), $19.30/hr

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (occasional Friday overtime), $19.55/hr



As a Press Machine Operator, you'll run multiple Osterwalder, Dorst, or Teledyne presses to produce high-quality products according to blueprint specifications. Key duties include:



  • Set up and operate carbide presses using computer-controlled systems

  • Load and unload inserts from multiple machines

  • Inspect inserts using gages and microscopes to ensure quality and dimensions

  • Pull samples and enter inspection results into the computer system

  • Weigh and select tungsten powder for pressing

  • Separate scrap from good parts and accurately document findings

  • Maintain and resurface tooling as needed

  • Operate additional equipment and troubleshoot moderate issues



Requirements:



  • Climate-controlled facility with a dust collection system

  • Required PPE: Safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves as needed

  • Physical requirements: Standing for full shifts, lifting up to 33 lbs, walking, reaching, and bending

  • Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience in an industrial or production setting
