Qualifications

• Press Brake experience desirable for Level 1; required for other levels.
• Advanced blueprint reading.
• Advanced sheet metal inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake safely when lead or others have setup and validated quality requirements for a specific part.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; helper if heavier.
• Log EPICOR transactions for jobs and quantities.
• Bend parts up to 144 inches in length.
• Perform simple setups on Press Brake using drawings and Bend Simulations.
• Follow 1/4 inch rule; engage Lead or VSM when not possible.
• Forklift Certified; Read and follow Shop Loads.
• Perform inspections with precision measuring tools; document procedures.
• Material handling and packaging; assemble and maintain tooling.
• TrainEPICOR transactions and improve processes.
