Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of press brake operating experience.
  • Read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Understand manufacturing processes such as Kanban, JDE, BOM viewer, etc.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Program and operate a Cincinnati or Amada hydraulic press brake.
  • Work knowledge of tooling in department assigned.
  • Interpret the Fab to Order and run parts in a timely manner.
  • Write and setup programs for one and two bend jobs.
  • Identify material types and dispose scrap as set by QA.
  • Use JDE functions like Kanban cards and history.
  • Maintain Drawings, Non-Cad Process Sheets, Fab to Order and Operating Instructions.
  • Maintain safety and a clean work environment.
  • Complete work within expected time with excellent quality.
  • Model team behaviors and Henny Penny core values.
