Job summary

Sytech-Precision is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Spokane, WA. You will set up and run Amada and Hurco press brakes under supervision, ensuring parts meet customer drawings and quality standards.

The role requires prior press brake forming experience, strong attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to work with team members in a lean manufacturing environment. Overtime may be required; pay ranges from $19.50 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have previous press brake forming experience and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• 1+ year minimum press brake experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to solve practical problems and prioritize tasks.
• Understand, comply, and enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate press brake machines (Amanda and Hurco).
• Tear down previous set-ups and review instructions and drawings.
• Perform advanced set-ups, front gauging, and back-up material use.
• Produce test pieces to qualify setup with Quality Management.
• Inspect parts and verify conformance to drawings.
• Monitor machines and report malfunctions to leads/supervisor.
• Lift, move and clean parts; assist lean manufacturing efforts.
• Perform quality checks and support overtime as needed.
