Allegion is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Fontana, CA to bend and form metals per engineering docs and production requirements. This role emphasizes quality, accountability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will set up and operate the Press Brake, change dies, perform first part and in-process inspections, and assist with daily machine PMs. A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of manufacturing experience are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Metalworking / Hollow Metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Manufacturing equipment experience with CNC preferred.
• Dexterous with manufacturing equipment, basic power tools and machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Press Brake and maintain continuous workflow through adherence of documented processes.
• Produce parts utilizing the ‘top down’ production list.
• Layout and load materials using measuring tools.
• Change dies when needed according to engineering documents.
• Perform first part inspections as well as in-process quality checks.
• Assist with daily PM schedule for machine including maintaining dies and watching for excessive wear.
