Job summary

Gunnebo is seeking an experienced Press Brake Machine Operator for our Milford, OH facility. This role requires setting up the press brake and running multiple job setups daily while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will perform quality inspections with calibrated tools, maintain the equipment, and keep the work area orderly. Standing work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaboration with the production team are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Press Brake Machine Operation experience, including prior Salvagnini panel bender experience.
• Ability to set up machines.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
• Must pass background check and drug screen (Marijuana testing negative).

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake according to specifications and safety standards.
• Run multiple job setups/teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency.
• Perform quality checks with calibrated instruments.
• Maintain machinery and keep the work area clean and orderly (6S).
• Communicate with the Production team on job progress and concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Machine Operator with the ability to set up the machine.Pay is based on experience with a range of $19 to $24 per hour for 1st shift and a 10% shift premium for second shiftSchedule is 4 - 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime based on business needWhat You Will DoOperate Press Brake according to specifications and safety standards.Be able to run multiple job setups/teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency.Perform quality checks that may include inspecting for defects, measuring product, and verifying dimensions using calibrated instruments.Perform quality checks per company guidelines.Maintains the machinery and keep the work area clean and orderly following 6S.Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.Performs other related duties as assigned.Excellent Attendance required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of Press Brake Machine Operation experience.
