Job summary

Selective Staffing Solutions in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Press Brake Operator to set up and run our press brake equipment in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The role focuses on accurate setup, quality checks, and efficient production.

You will review orders, select dies, operate safely, and document production data while supporting additional production areas as needed. Overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders and specifications to determine production requirements.
• Select the appropriate dies and tooling for each job.
• Set up press brake equipment, including positioning dies and setting the ram.
• Set and adjust feeders to meet production specifications.
• Operate press brake equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production to ensure quality and meet required quantities.
• Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
• Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist in other areas of the production cell as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to support different production areas when necessary.
