Job summary

Siouxland Fabricating, Inc. in Rock Valley, IA is seeking a full-time Press Brake Operator for the night shift (4 PM–4 AM, Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday). Join our bending team and work with metal parts using various tooling.

You will prepare and run complex bend set ups, perform modifications, inspect quality, and work safely and efficiently. Minimum two years’ experience or education; ability to read tape measures, calipers, work orders, basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs.

We are currently looking to add a full time position on our Bending team on night shift. The night shift operates 4P-4A Monday/Tuesday – Thursday/Friday. If you enjoy working with your hands and are not afraid to work hard, keep reading.

As a member of our Bending team, here are a few of the things you will be doing:

• Prepare and run complex bend set ups including bending at angles and step bends
• Custom modifications using standard or custom tooling
• Inspect parts for quality bending
• Working efficiently, skillfully, and safely

A minimum of two years experience and/or education required, but a desire to learn how to work with metals and machines is preferred for this position. You will need to know how to read tape measures, calipers, and work orders, solve simple math problems and count, communicate with others on the team, run hand tools, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
