Job summary

Workplace Modular Systems in Londonderry, NH is seeking a Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. You will operate press brake machinery to form metal components and support the production schedule, with on-the-job training available.

You will read work orders and blueprints, perform first-part inspections, adjust controls to hold tight tolerances, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment on the shop floor. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Machine Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Solid shop math skills to adjust clearances and parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally; perform repetitive motions.
• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform self-inspection on first-produced part and monitor quality.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints for setup and execution.
• Adjust controls and clearances to maintain tight tolerances.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets per instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Cross-train and support other departments as workload requires.
