Job summary

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects in and around Golden Valley, MN. This first shift role offers pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour based on experience and skill level.

As a Machinist, you will set up and operate press brakes, perform tooling changes, and run production jobs that meet specifications and quality standards. Join a team focused on safety, productivity and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on press brake setup experience.
• Strong experience with tooling changes, machine setup and production operations.
• Ability to independently complete setups and production runs.
• Solid understanding of press brake operations and metal fabrication.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs
• Perform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each job
• Independently complete machine setups from start to production
• Run production jobs according to specifications and quality requirements
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
