As a Press Brake Operator you will be required to skillfully work with our team manufacturing custom orders specifically to customer request. The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize shop drawings and specs to plan completion of pieces.
  • Cut, grind, machine and form work pieces as required accurately
  • Must be proficient with all measuring equipment (tape measures, calipers, and various angle gauges)
  • Produce high quality finished products

Experience and Skills

  • Must possess good work ethic and desire to produce high quality product for our customers
  • Sheet metal fabrication using press brake
  • Ability to setup and program machines
  • Ability to use light machinery and power equipment
  • Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record
  • Must be self-motivated and stay productive
  • Must be committed to safety and shop cleanliness
  • Must have a positive attitude and work well within a team
  • Must be willing and able to learn new skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience with metal fabrication
  • Experience in using electrical and manual tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • One or more years of press brake experience
