Job summary

FabriFast in Hartford, WI is seeking a Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machines, bending sheet metal to precise specifications. The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and ensuring quality through measurement and inspection.

The position offers a four-day work week (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with Fridays off and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines.
• Bend, shape, and form sheet metal to specifications.

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety standards and document jobs accordingly.
• Package and prepare finished parts; assist with additional duties.

Job Overview:

A Press Brake Operator sets up, operates, and maintains press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets according to specifications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting proper tooling, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring precision and quality control. The operator must follow safety procedures, inspect finished parts, and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
