Job Overview

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift (Fabrication) to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI. The hourly rate is $22.30 plus a $2.50/hr shift premium. Core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm, with potential overtime.

Attend walk-in interviews on Mondays from 9 am - 4 pm at 2300 Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI. Benefits include health, vacation, paid holidays, weekly pay, shift premiums, career growth, retirement plans, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Hydraulic Press Brake machines (230T to 400T).
  • Read blueprints and lay out materials accordingly.
  • Program and adjust machines for different parts and materials.
  • Check finished parts against specifications and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workflow.
Qualifications
Required:
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing machining experience.
  • Legal work authorization in the U.S.
  • No relocation assistance; candidates within 50 miles preferred.
Preferred:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience operating press brake machines.
Skills
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related duties.
