Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Putnam, CT is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to perform daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC press brakes. The role requires reading blueprints, setting up tooling, and producing parts that meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include manufacturing to travelers, retrieving CNC programs, inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, and contributing to Lean and 6S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic press forming and basic fabrication.
• Proficient in set-up, tooling and CNC program retrieval.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

REPORTS TO:Manufacturing ManagerFLSA CLASSIFICATION:Non ExemptPOSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes.
