Join to apply for the Press Brake Operator 2nd Shift role at MLC Manufacturing, home of Multi Lab Cabinetry.

We are seeking motivated individuals for our Press Brake Operator positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. Join us in a workplace that values teamwork, innovation, and personal growth.

Position: Press Brake Operator (Bystronic)

Location: Spring Lake

Shifts Available:
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am, Mon-Thurs

Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks related to Press Brake operations
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Maintain quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Bystronic is required
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to read basic prints

Set-up experience is preferred, but training is available for candidates with mechanical knowledge.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand, walk, handle, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception.
