Position Details
  • Position: Press Brake Operator (Bystronic)
  • Location: Spring Lake
  • Shifts Available: 2nd shift 4:00 pm - 2:30 am, Mon-Thurs
  • Compensation: Based on experience
Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks related to Press Brake operations
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet goals
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and efficiency
Qualifications
  • Experience with Bystronic equipment required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to read basic prints

Set-up experience is preferred but training can be provided for candidates with strong mechanical knowledge.

Additional Duties

Set up, adjust, and operate press brakes for standardized production. Other duties may be assigned.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing. Employees must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and have good vision capabilities. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
