We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill our Press Brake Operator positions on 1st and 2nd shift. Position: Press Brake Operator (Bystronic)

Location: Spring Lake

Shifts Available:
  1. 2nd 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Mon-Thurs

Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform various tasks related to Press Brake Operator duties.
  2. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  3. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  4. Maintain a high standard of work quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience with Bystronic is required.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  3. Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving excellence.
  4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  5. Good attendance is a must.
  6. Able to read basic prints.
  7. Set-up experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with great mechanical knowledge!

Set up, adjust and operate press brakes to perform standardized and repetitive production operations on a limited variety of parts where procedures and tooling are prescribed. Other duties may be assigned.
