Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Press Brake Operator for the 2nd shift in Utah. The role involves operating press brake equipment to produce finished parts, reading work orders, and meeting production targets. You will work as part of a team in a safety‑conscious environment, with opportunities for growth and skill development. Must be able to lift and maneuver parts and operate measuring tools.

Summary/Objective:

The press brake operator assumes a processing role in the production of finished parts and is responsible for the following regular and repetitive duties.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • 1+ Year Manufacturing/industry experience preferred
Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as deemed necessary.
  • Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, measuring tools, etc.
  • Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights more than fifty pounds.
  • Must possess successful problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow team members, customers, etc.
  • Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
  • Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The team member must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday to Tursday 3:30 PM-2 AM

Travel:

No travel required.
