Job summary

Lippert is seeking a full-time production associate in the United States. You will join a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting team goals and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Expect to read framed prints, follow measurements, operate basic fabrication equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift. The role requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and adapt to rotating positions as production needs change.

Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands.

Minimal to no travel required.

Required Education and Experience

1. Minimum of a high school education.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Manufacturing/industry experience.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
