Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Appleton, WI seeks an experienced press brake operator to form metal parts for Fortune 500 clients. You will set up, operate CNC or manual press brakes, read blueprints, and inspect parts for dimensional accuracy to meet routing and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, adhering to safety procedures, and collaborating with team members to resolve production issues while sustaining high productivity and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of press brake operation experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using inspection tools (calipers, height gauge, protractor, tape measure).
• Demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC or manual press brakes.
• Solid understanding of metal forming, bend allowances, tolerances, and material behavior.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts.

• Work independently to complete assigned jobs while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Pay:up to$34.00 /HR based on experience

Duties:
