Help Wanted: Press Brake / Folding Brake Operator
Signtech Electrical Advertising – San Diego, CA

Signtech, a leading Sign manufacturing company based in San Diego, is seeking a skilled and reliable Press Brake / Folding Brake Operator to join our production team.

Position Summary:
As a Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a Cidan folding/press brake machine ( https://us.cidanmachinery.com/products/cidan-folding-machine-pro/ ) to bend, form, or straighten sheet metal and aluminum parts used in custom fabrication work. Experience with Cidan equipment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the manual and CNC Cidan press brake or folding brake equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Perform accurate measurements and quality checks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating press brake or folding brake machines.
• Experience with Cidan machines preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
