Job summary

Celerity Staffing Solutions is seeking a manufacturing associate for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. Pay ranges from $18.82 to $20.32 per hour.

You will grind parts, inspect quality, label and sort parts, and communicate any issues to technicians. The job requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and following safety procedures and SOPs in a busy press environment.

Qualifications

• Must satisfactorily perform each essential duty and follow safety procedures.
• Regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds, stand/walk, and reach as part of daily tasks.
• Follow facility SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate shift updates clearly to Process Technicians and Quality Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain all required PPE.
• Follow all facility and departmental SOPs, safety procedures, safe work practices, and work instructions.
• Maintain pace with press cycle times.
• Grind parts and remove pull-tabs as parts come off the press, in accordance with customer standards.
• Follow all quality standards by performing visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts, and report defects to the Production Supervisor and/or Quality Technician.
• Sort all parts accurately according to the labeling system.
• Communicate shift updates clearly, including job status and any part issues or variations, to Process Technicians and Quality Technicians.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly.

Job description

• 1st Shift - 8am-4pm - $18.82/hr
• 2nd Shift - 4pm-12am - $20.07/hr
• 3rd Shift - 12am-8am - $20.32/hr
