Job summary

Presidio Golf Course is seeking a friendly Driving Range Attendant to maintain a premier practice facility in San Francisco. You’ll collect, wash, and stock balls, set up hitting stations, and help guests with questions to ensure an excellent start to every round.

The role is outdoors, physical, and requires reliability, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality. Join KemperSports and be part of a historic course by the Golden Gate Bridge.

Responsibilities

• Collect driving range balls using range equipment.
• Wash, sort, and stock golf balls throughout the day.
• Set up and maintain hitting stations, bag stands, and practice areas.
• Keep the driving range and surrounding facilities clean and organized.
• Monitor the range for safety and communicate maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with questions and provide outstanding service.
• Help maintain targets, distance markers, signage, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop and Outside Services to deliver guest excellence.
• Follow safety procedures while operating equipment.
• Perform other golf operations duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Driving Range Attendant is responsible for maintaining the practice facility to the highest standards while providing friendly, professional service to our guests. Working closely with the Golf Operations team, you'll ensure the driving range remains clean, fully stocked, organized, and ready throughout the day.

This is an active, hands‑on position that requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and taking pride in maintaining one of the finest public golf practice facilities in Northern California.

• Collect driving range balls using range equipment.
• Wash, sort, and stock golf balls throughout the day.
• Set up and maintain hitting stations, bag stands, and practice areas.
• Keep the driving range and surrounding practice facilities clean and organized.
• Monitor the range for safety and communicate any maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with questions while providing outstanding customer service.
• Help maintain practice targets, distance markers, signage, and equipment.
• Work closely with the Golf Shop and Outside Services teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
• Perform other golf operations duties as assigned.
